Please describe the event for which you would like to use the East Ministry Center facility. Include purpose, approximate number of attendees, rooms/resources needed, and other information that will help when considering your request.
Include the time you will enter the building and the time you will leave (including set-up and clean-up) to ensure that doors are opened and locked by the times requested.
Using the A/V system in the main meeting room requires a technician from the church to be present during the time of your event and payment may be requested at the cost of $25/hour. Use of the A/V system is contingent on a technician being willing and available during the times requested.
Some events may require the church to be cleaned by a contracted employee to ensure the facility is returned to its appropriate condition. If necessary, the cleaning fee is $120 and must be submitted to the church prior to the day of the event. After reviewing the event description, you will be contacted and informed as to whether a cleaning fee will be assessed.
